• Where is the venue of the symposium?

Day one of the symposium (Tuesday, June 20) will be held at the Joseph B. Martin Conference Center - 77 Avenue Louis Pasteur. Day two (Wednesday, June 21) will be held in the Warren Alpert Building at Harvard Medical School - 200 Longwood Avenue, Boston, MA.

• Will the symposium be recorded?

Yes, we plan to record some of the talks and make them available online after the symposium, either via our website or Youtube.

• Will there be livestreaming?

No, we will not be livestreaming the symposium.

• How can I reserve parking?

Unfortunately, due to limited parking availability at 77 Avenue Louis Pasteur, we are no longer able to reserve parking for attendees. Instead, we welcome you to visit our Parking Page for a list of nearby parking garages.

• What are your guidelines for poster submission?

All authors should print and bring their posters with them to the Joseph B. Martin Conference Center the day of the symposium. Posterboards will be located in the ground floor lobby (with pushpins to attach your posters to the boards). Please visit our Program Page for a copy of the schedule and list of poster session times.
